Nurses and teachers who encounter the message “NSS NUMBER NOT FOUND” during the onboarding process can now continue without delay. A new update makes it possible to complete onboarding directly on the dashboard by following a simple process.
To proceed, enter your NSS number as you normally would and continue to the Ghana Card verification stage. During this step, your date of birth will be automatically fetched from your Ghana Card records. Once the verification is successful, access to the dashboard will be granted.
This improvement ensures that users affected by the “NSS Number Not Found” message can still complete their onboarding smoothly, even if their NSS number does not initially appear in the system.
