The National Service Authority (NSA) has officially released postings for trained teachers and other qualified graduates for the 2026/2027 service year. If you are among the prospective personnel, you can easily access your posting details online through the official NSA portal by following the steps below.
Step 1: Visit the Official NSA Website
Go to the official NSA website: https://gnsa.gov.gh
Step 2: Access the Portal
On the homepage, locate the “Portal” option and click on it. This will redirect you to the login page for national service personnel.
Step 3: Log Into Your Account
Enter your login credentials, which typically include:
- Your email address or NSS number
- Your password
After entering the required details, click on the login button to access your dashboard.
Step 4: View Your Posting Details
Once logged in:
Navigate to the posting section on your dashboard
Your assigned region and institution will be displayed
Step 5: Print Your Posting Letter
After your posting appears:
Click on “View Posting”
Download or print your posting letter for record-keeping and validation purposes
Step 6: Complete Regional Validation
After checking your posting, proceed to your assigned region for validation.

- Validation Ends: May 15, 2026
- Service Commences: May 4, 2026
Important Notice
In accordance with the National Service Authority Act, 2024 (Act 1119), all Ghanaian graduates from accredited tertiary institutions are required to undertake national service.
