National Service Authority Introduces New Payment Platform for NSP Allowances

The National Service Authority has announced a change in the payment system for National Service Personnel (NSP), introducing a new platform for the disbursement of allowances.

Under this new arrangement, Ghanapay will no longer be used for payments. The updated platform will take effect starting with the March allowance.

All personnel are required to log in to their portal and update their bank account details using any of the approved banks listed on the platform.

For those who do not yet have a bank account, there is an option to open one with any of the listed banks or create an ABSA Ignition Account directly through the portal.

Personnel are advised to complete this process before the deadline of April 25th, 2026, as it is considered urgent.
