National Service Personnel Association Confirms Schedule for Payment of January Allowances



The National Service Personnel Association (NASPA) has announced the expected timeline for the payment of allowances to National Service Personnel (NSPs) across the country.

In a notice dated February 26, 2026, the Association informed members that the January allowance, along with supplementary payments due to verified personnel, is anticipated to be fully paid by close of business on Friday, February 27, 2026.

The leadership of NASPA, under the direction of H.E. Abdul Wahab Bala Mohammed, encouraged all service personnel to remain diligent, disciplined, and dedicated at their respective duty stations. The Association also assured members that it continues to engage relevant authorities and stakeholders to strongly advocate for the welfare and rightful benefits of NSPs nationwide.

Additionally, NASPA expressed gratitude to the Director-General, Madam Ruth Delah Sedoh, and the management of the National Service Authority for their proactive efforts and commitment toward the timely disbursement of allowances. According to the statement, their actions demonstrate leadership and concern for the well-being of service personnel throughout the country.
