The Ghana Technical and Vocational Education and Training (GTVET) Service has officially announced the commencement of its 2026 recruitment exercise after receiving clearance from the Ministry of Finance.
According to the release issued on May 5, 2026, applications for both teaching and non-teaching positions across TVET institutions nationwide will officially open on Friday, May 8, 2026.
The recruitment exercise is aimed at filling vacancies within TVET institutions across the country. Interested applicants are expected to meet the required qualifications before applying.
As part of the stated requirements, applicants must have completed their National Service where applicable. In addition, candidates must be prepared to accept postings to any part of the country.
The statement further explained that all applicants will go through a competitive selection process in collaboration with the Public Services Commission.
Prospective applicants can submit their applications in person at the GTVETS Headquarters located at East Legon in Accra. Applications can also be submitted online through the official recruitment portal; https://tvets.organiseteam.com
The deadline for submission of applications is Friday, May 22, 2026.
The Ghana TVET Service assured the public that the recruitment process will be transparent and merit-based. Applicants were also cautioned against dealing with unauthorized persons or making payments to anyone during the recruitment process.
